Living with a group of people is an enriching experience, but can also become a nightmare, because due to personality traits, everyone acts differently. Now too, not everything depends on the companions, sometimes the source of the trouble may be caused by external factors that are out of our hands. Here is a brief account of the most annoying situations you may face in the office.

At present almost all jobs use this tool to perform their daily tasks. However, sometimes faults occur in the network, which delays the workload.

2. The noise of the vacuum

3. Remodeling and Repairs
There is nothing more frightening than the sound of a drill or hammer series midmorning.

5. Listen to conversations outside

6. The copier does not work
It is likely that a few minutes to get to an important meeting, this resource is left without work.

Hi Jsmith,

Great posting as usual! For me I find noise/loud conversations annoying as well as distracting when you're busy at work...

With adding to your post - I really think you should consider the different types of personalities and how these personality traits relate to each other as that can give a really good insight as to work conflicts and its resolution... Like chalk and cheese dont go together lol... For me it has been useful to be able to identify what traits/personality types people belong as that gives much insight and a means to resolve matters...

I'm referring to "Myer Briggs" which outlines that they are 16 personality types... Here is a good article on that: Profiles of the Sixteen Personality Types... and the wiki page...

... and here is a great article which discusses Using the Myers-Briggs Personality Types to Avoid Conflict

These days I see many employers asking employees/ job applicants to take such tests.... as at times it is useful to identify the personality type and use that to form project teams i.e. you dont want too many persons with the same traits as that can cause a lot of friction ...

Look forward to other comments....

Cheers,

Sid

I hate seeing others slacking off/chatting or just having fun in general when I'm immersed with work and have a deadline to catch, lol. Then there're also situations when someone tries to chat with you about irrelevant topics when you're trying to do your work and makes you lose concentration.

I hate it when my colleagues play Clash of Clans while I am slumped with reports to write. Like. Not that I mind but can they do that after hours?
