I think the main thing people miss when looking at webmaster work is to treat it like a REAL job because it is. Those who give up discouraged are the ones who thought it would be an easy way to make money, when it isn't.

You need to know a LOT of things to be a good webmaster...coding, design, social media, advertising, customer service, cpanel, marketing psychology, etc. It's a sometimes overwhelming learning curve that most people just never fully grasp.

Webmaster is not certainly a single job you have to mange developers, writers, seo guys and many other people it is not as easy..
