Starting your own business seems a great idea. There are some businesses that you can start with a little cash on hand and even without any business degree. Always remember that you must support your business properly and take your business seriously to be a successful business owner.

Hi Kelly,
I recently read an article on a successful businessman, without a degree. He said that education or training is must and wouldn't have struggled in the initial stage of the business. You would get an idea on DO's & DON'Ts else have to learn from experience.

Of course you can start your business without a degree. But still, you will have to read and learn about many things, which I think is quite normal :)

I don't think so for starting any business you need a degree i believes you need experience than degree because market trends and market knowledge is much different thing than have a degree.By taking degree you can't get market knowledge.

Yes I agree with Shirley_Sharp comment but I want to add some more points like one should have the knowledge of the current scope of business in market and competitors' business, targeted audience demands and all tactics related to business to get success in business without a degree.

Yes, I also agree with you buddy. All these areas are also very important to focus on. If you will not concentrate on all these areas the definitely you will have to face a hard time.

You do not need a degree to become successful in business. What you need is that you know what you want to start with. In business, it is important that you know your product and services well in order to become successful. Remember, you will become successful if you put your heart and soul to your business.

Indeed you can start online business without any degree. Degree is not only significant for set up a business. When you have separate knowledge about your fields that's time you can start without restraint.

Degree is not important for doing business. Some skill need to have, way of attracting the clients. And how you are different from other is important. You mentioned you have website, you can promote your site and get lead from link building(SEO techniques). And you can also promote your site b2b portals that also helps to generate your leads and business. Some sites are Pepagora, alibaba, etc..
