Do you require identity verification?
No. An account needs an email address and a password. We do not ask for a name, address, phone number or ID at any stage, including for dedicated servers.
Is Monero really supported, or is it routed through a processor?
It runs through a BTCPay Server instance we host ourselves, so payments go straight on-chain. No third-party payment processor sits in the middle collecting its own data.
Is this resold capacity?
No. Both Switzerland and Finland are our own infrastructure.
Do you allow Tor exit nodes?
No, in either location. Tor clients and relays are fine.
What happens if you receive a legal request?
It has to arrive through the proper legal channel for the jurisdiction the server sits in. We do not act on informal requests, and we cannot hand over data we never collected.
Which control panels are available?
cPanel or DirectAdmin, or a bare OS if you would rather build it yourself.
How quickly is a VPS deployed?
