Hello, I live in Turkey.
I worked in hosting companies for 6 years.
I am thinking of starting my own hosting company.
Would you buy 1 GBIT cloud server and hosting ? because I have this infrastructure.

What do you mean by 1 GBIT cloud server? xxis it the port speed?

I think you should try.

No one can stop your dream and you should start with a small one to analyze which services users are needing.

If you had it, you should start a small company hosting first and see how it works. You can grow it if you see more potential to develop it.
