If you've ever worked in fast food or retail, you'd know what I mean. A lot jobs, especially ones where you're dealing with customers all day, can be very fast paced and stressful. That's why some people opt for these boring office jobs. These jobs have their advantages. However, due to technology, there are more options for making money today than there was 10 years ago. If you have a car and a smartphone, there are all kinds of independent contractor jobs you can get such as driving for Uber or Lyft, grocery shopping through Shipt, or picking up food for people through Grub Hub.
