Hiring a web design company or a freelance web designer have their own pros and cons?
An experienced web design company always follows a proper strategy and latest technology for developing a website and it's better if compare to a freelance web designer?

If you're talking about which to use...

When you choose an established company, you're paying a higher price, and many times they employ those that would have been freelancers anyway, or just outsource.

Your higher price is because the company needs to keep the lights on. Not only are they paying employees and their personal bills, they're paying business bills, commercial electric, office leases, commercial internet and phones.

I know this, because I ran an office with many employees for my company.

When you choose a company, you're usually paying for stability. You're less likely to get screwed over. Choosing a freelancer is usually a bit higher risk, but you're saving money.

I would respectfully disagree with the freelancers approach. I worked with both, and i prefer companies mainly for liability, any failure of issues arise, the company hold itself responsible, majority of freelancers wouldn't

The company charge you much much higher prices as compare to a freelance web designer. You can find a freelance web designer who have worked with many companies and simply tell him to show his on going projects or recently completed projects. As regarding to the strategy and latest technology, you can also get it with a freelance designer on much cheaper prices.

Going with company is also a good idea if you have a good budget. But first discuss with them about what you want to build whether it will be a freelancer or a company and ask for a free sample of your project first.

Both have a different level of customer satisfaction I believe. Try getting reviews from individuals who have worked with both and hopefully that can help toward making the right decision.

That's not always the case. There are a lot of freelance web designers that are more willing to do a good job for you and impress you so that there is some potential for repeat business or telling other people and/or businesses about them. Many freelancer web designers are trying to make a good name for themselves and will create a real good web design so that it can be part of their portfolio to impress future potential clients/customers.

However, there are also a lot of freelance web designers that really have no real training or experience doing web designs but got into the field anyway as a way to make money. There are a lot of freelancers that call themselves web designers that really don't know much about what they are doing and shouldn't even be in that field.

Deciding between an experienced web design company or a freelance web designer can also be a decision made based on the financial part of things. Most freelancers will give you more for your money than an experienced web design company because they don't have all the expenses that the experienced web design company has.

It usually comes down to whether or not you want to take a chance and try a freelance web designer or an experienced web design company that is known.

A lot has been covered on choosing between business or freelancers. If you choose to go with a freelancer, try to find a community forum for your niche. This isn't always possible, but often, respected freelancers will hang around forums for a niche they often develop for. Then, you can also get feedback on that developer from members of that community. It is a safer gamble.

This is also why the popular drag-and-drop website builders have become so popular such as wix. It doesn't mean that people know how to designs a site or what to keep in mind while designing. You can only get so far with a template... I think reviews from either a company or freelancer help significantly.
