Does cpanel or awstats through cpanel log which incoming URL's were 404 hits so you can take action to fix broken url structure and/or 301 accordingly? There must be a way to see this someplace....

It's Really good question,

I know one way to find which link missing and on what URL link user got 404 error It's simply using Google Analytics , For the same question I search solution and I found it from Yoast SEO Expert.

Hi,

To find out the pages in which you are getting 404 errors you can use Google Webmaster Tool. Here you have the option in which you get the full report of all the urls of the pages that are showing 404 errors.
