Yes, that part I understand. You can have a whole family and other people living under the same roof and using the same IP. Each person could have a different name name and their own account. The rules/terms does say that each person can have only one though.Technically, you should be allowed to have more accounts from the same IP, but with different names.
I had 2 accounts get shut down a couple years ago because I had two accounts with the same name. The thing is that I forgot about the first one because I signed up and only used it a couple of times and then never again. Later down the road I opened the second (thinking it was my first) and in less than a year I got an email stating that I had violated their terms/rules/whatever and they shut both down.Even if you use the same name and same photos, I doubt Facebook will notice, unless someone reports you.
