Can anyone tell me what are the best hosts for hosting PHP 7 based websites?

I have read a lot that PHP 7 out performs the previous versions of PHP. I am thinking of moving my website to PHP 7 for better loading speed.

Keep in mind PHP 7 is still very new and a lot of things do not support PHP 7 yet (Ioncube being one of them). A lot of proprietary scripts use Ioncube.
Practically all hosts with CloudLinux will support PHP 7. So use that as a starting point.
As such, though, there is no "best host" only what is best for you.

As mentioned above, even though PHP7 has a stable release not every piece of software that most web hosting companies utilize are fully compatible with PHP7 as of yet. A lot of changes need to take place, such as the upgrading of proprietary software (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Etc) for compatibility as well as the implementation of modules such as IonCube, Zend Loader, Etc.

I recommend choosing a hosting provider using CloudLinux as well, so long as they have PHP Selector enabled on their server(s); this will give you the option to choose your own PHP Version.

Its a good idea to upgrade and migrate and towards PHP 7. It will give your better performance in terms of speed as well. I would suggest you to choose Cloudways as php 7 hosting provider. You can easily migrate your website towards PHP 7 using platform.

most hosting providers have at least one server running the latest version of PHP. But as was mentioned already, lots of software that works with hosting websites is still to accept php 7, so it'd be best to wait a little longer until everything around it is up to date as well. But you can start preparing the code for the transition to php7

I have not ever used Google hosting hence I don't know about their service but for godaddy hosting, it's really bad, if you want to use godaddy service, just for register domain names then it can be acceptable.
