How much disk space will i have for this plan?

I am checking this server

What does 2x SSD SATA 250 GB mean? will i have 512GB of disk space? or just 250GB?

You have 500GB SSD in total but it depends how you configure these disks (primarily what RAID level you use). With 2 disks you'd either use RAID 1 for mirroring and redundancy, which would only give you 250GB space, or RAID 0 which would give you 500GB space but offers no redundancy.
