Memcached vs Redis, Which One to install for my web hosting?

I am using PHP 7.2 and interested to install a caching for my websites or speed up webpages. I am considering to install one of two these caching, Memcached or Redis, or can i install both? can you recommend me which one is better and why?

Which CMS do you use? "Normally" it's recommended to use one caching system at a time. You have to test the available caching solutions and stick with one that best suits your needs.

I am running a small Xenforo with less traffic, I checked Xenforo supported memcached and some Wordpress sites on my web hosting. I installed both on server but not sure how to check which one gives better performance.

Install CWP in your server and check server settings and activate nginx & varnich cache & apache its free and very easy control panel to manage your server :D
