Every provider have their own policy about affiliate program, and i am pretty sure it is stated in their websites. If not, then ask them.

I know it's not exactly on topic or an answer to the original question, but I strongly believe that you should only recommend and resell a service that you actually have used and believe in.

Choosing who you trust to host a website is an important decision, whether you are a private person or a business, and choosing who you trust to recommend to others should be along the same criteria.

Just a very personal opinion of course and many people enter affiliate programs all of the time without actually giving any thought about the services they are reselling.
