I am running websites on Plesk Onyx but I am afraid my websites will be down if they are under DDoS attacks. How to integrate DDoS protection for Plesk Onyx?

To fight smaller attacks you may use the ipban and Plesk firewall if the attack is huge it needs to be mitigated at network level most probably DC has that arrangements.

If you are under DDOS attack , contact your service provide that is server provider and ask them if they have DDOS mitigation services and relative charges of it. Many data centers now provide DDOS protection services which includes DDOS mitigation devices to protect from DDOS attacks upto 10 Gbps

Yes , if your current host not providing DDOS protection , then the best idea is to switch to the provider offering DDOS protection

How about using CloudFlare as a 3rd party solution to mitigate DDoS attacks? Using CloudFlare could be easier than changing service provider and migrating websites to it.

The re-direct page only depends on your chosen security level. Depending on the visitor IP reputation, this setting decides to either display the redirect page or bypass it for the visitor. Unfortunately, but total avoidance of the redirect page while protection is enabled is not available as I know.

You can have a script constantly running to mitigate DDoS attack. Take a look at this
Using ss, ipset and iptables you can mitigate attacks.
