Do you know any DDoS protection service to buy to protect your websites from DDoS attacks?
I know free DDoS from Cloudflare but I don't want to use that service, should I ask my hosting provider for this service? or can I buy from a provider that not my hosting provider?

Most providers now have an in house DDoS Protection so best to contact your provider and query them on it first.

You could filter traffic through a different before your network but then you are potentially looking at further increased latency.

When it comes in securing your data and applications, it’s not just about the backup. Being able to rapidly recover your key servers and an application to productions is just as important. Because every minute you’re down, you’re losing business. The fact is not too many companies don’t protect their data. Web Werks Data center ddos service is designed to help companies to replicate critical servers and applications to the cloud so that it can protect the applications and data, and get them back when needed them most.

Additional Benefits of Web Werks DDoS Service,
-We provide a menu of replications options
-Pre-build the entire virtual recovery environment
-Expert’s support recovery

Why do you not want to use Cloudflare?

In-house hosting DDoS Protection is enough in most cases, but CloudFlare can also speed up your website using CDN.

Though, I have come across one issue in the past with Cloudflare. Another domain name in the same CloudFlare IP bucket as my domain, was hacked and blacklisted. This caused my outbound mails to get dropped silently.

I don't like Cloudflare redirect page, some new users when saw that page, they can think they visited wrong website and not waited to redirect to my homepage.

We have faced some issues with Cloudflare. I would suggest going for a provider that gives DDos protection, even if it costs you a few dollars more.

Hi! If your hosting provider doesn't have an anti-DDoS service to offer and if you don't want to use CF free service you can get just an anti-DDoS service. Check out https://antiddos.eu/en/

For remote DDoS protection, Voxility is a good choice. Very affordable (relative to # of IPs protected x Low Latency x Tolerance for large traffic). I believe they are now providing 1Tb/s mitigation and Unlimited PPS for Layer 3, 4 and 7 protection.

What about Sucuri? As far as I know, this service detects and blocks all types of DDoS attacks automatically. Or you may check out StackPath’s complete DDoS Protection.
