HelpDesk CMS: what is it?

Hello guyz,

for my web agency is very helpfull has a ticket system. Specially for long term collaboration ship.

I use and know OSticket and I'm pretty satisfied.

But few days ago, I talk with a company where I send a simple email and open in automatic a ticket with a track number.

If help this is a little screen

WHMCS and several other billing platform provide the ability to import tickets from emails.

You can use WHMCS for your web agency, at first it's a billing system with features like support/knowledgebase.
If you do not use hosting automation extensions, it doesn't make WHMCS useless

Are 2 type of difference merchant.

This is why I ask.
My clients of webagency not are fun to email ticket but I need for not lost and make organize our conversation

In this way when send me a simple email create a ticket with a tracking number

we use Visionhelpdesk pretty good Helpdesk software with lots of features and customization possible, It also generation tracking ID.

FYI, the helpdesk software used in the screenshot you provided is Kayako. An excellent but expensive solution...
