Hello,

What is the difference between Page 1, page 2, page 3 for a keyword position on Google results?
for example, traffic I can get from position 1, 3, 5, 8 or 9 on first page?
what about traffic that I can get from page 2, page 3 or page 4?

Do you have any analytics how to estimate traffic come from different positions on google search results. I'd like to know about that

Thanks in advance!

The difference between the first page and the other pages is the impressions amount and the probability to receive more clicks. Think if of this way; Google is an advanced searching tool. People who search for a term, they most likely get a perfect result in first page. Therefore, they are most likely to visit your website on the first page rather than if it were on the second, third or other page.

As far as Analytics are concerned, try Google AdWords Keyword Planner and select 'Traffic Forecast'.

Noone can estimate exactly how many clicks on a keyword between other pages or positions on google search results. Maybe, only Google knew that :blue_bandana:

Hey LayRiches.

You are adding two words together that have the opposite meaning. 'estimate' ≠ 'exactly'. There is no thing such as 'exact estimation'.
That's why an estimation is an approximation of a value or a result and not the exact result.

Most of times you know an estimate (traffic forecast, weather forecast, oil futures forecast etc) but you don't know the exact amount or result.
