What are the differences between MaxCDN, Incapsula, CDN.net, Rackspace, Cloudflare, Google Page Speed? I used Cloudflare and Incapsula on all websites that I am owning. What are yours?

Haven't used any of them, but it seems like MaxCDN and Cloudflare are the ones I've heard about the most, from customers and others around the web.

I don't think there is much difference, in any of them they all offer the same basic service.

Google Page speed is simply a utility for testing the speed of your website.

Rack space is a web hosting provider.

As to the various CDS's there are slight differences in their plans, what they offer, etc. I have used Cloudflare and Incapsula and been happy with both.

If you are talking about the free plans, Incapsula provides a dedicated CDN and bot mitigation. Paid services offer extremely strong security protection (remember, Incapsula started as a security company). Incapsula offers strong DDoS protection (always on protection, with a dedicated network operations center - these aren't features Cloudflare has). With Cloudflare, if your site gets attacked you have to manually turn on protection.

You can see a vendor comparison here. If you are talking about the free plans, Incapsula provides a dedicated CDN and bot mitigation. Paid services offer extremely strong security protection (remember, Incapsula started as a security company). Incapsula offers strong DDoS protection (always on, with a dedicated network operations center), as well as secondary SSD caching. This is in addition to the other benefits you would expect to get from a CDN. Incapsula's CDN offers dynamic caching, serving cached resources from physical memory, as well as secondary SSD caching. This is in addition to the other benefits you would expect to get from a CDN.
