the difference between shared & managed WordPress hosting

Hello I have used shared hosting before on my first blog but didn't understand how it goes but right now have some ideas about it that with that you can host some other domains on it...

But what am confused about right now is the "Managed WordPress hosting" I don't really understand it at all,

When I was reading about the namecheap, new introduced EASY WP under managed WordPress hosting, it was talking about having a website set withing 30secs , that everything is already installed,

Can someone please Clear me from this confusion, i will be glad to see your answers thanks

In a managed WordPress hosting every thing is set for you. Wordpress is well optimized to speed up your pages. Many companies install custom plugins for their client. Though the company installs the wordpress or WordPress installed by you don't have much difference.

Hello @hostingraya I really appreciate your answer is that just the difference? That they will just set up the site by installing WordPress and also put some plugin?

But i will be the one to put in my theme right or they will also install a default one?
Namecheap service on that is cheaper than the shared hosting on first year payment, but continuation is now more costly compared to that of shared hosting..

Maybe its meant for people that needs a sharp WordPress created immediately for them without any stress, once again thanks...
