Among this two host which one do you think is better and user friendly, I have made use of namecheap and the love I have for namecheap have made me think that they is no other hosting service better than them,

But I see users make use of hostgator web and having some reviews about them but have not really tried them out, don't know which one you think is really better,

If you have made use of hostgator can you give me some reviews about them so that I can know if switching can occur in my new site that I want to host on namecheap,

Don't know if you have some reviews about hostgator that can make me change my mind from using namecheap to hostgator,

Please share with me am here to see your reviews thanks

I had some experience with Hostgator. Their up-time is truly amazing and I would say that the support is better than the one on Namecheap. Hostgator used to have some imperfect support before but now it's really good. They'd reply fast. Sometimes it only takes them 5 minutes to get back to you. That's my experience with Hostgator. I never used Namecheap, maybe it's better but that's not what I heard.

Glad I can help. But actually if you're comfortable with your business with Namecheap, you shouldn't switch. I felt like I persuade you to make a switch, I don't know much about Namecheap and I never had an experience with them. If you want to make the switch, make sure that you're not satisfied in at Namecheap first, would be mean to loss a client haha!

Hostgator is being used by us previously for a local project and their support was slow at that time ( Way back 4 years before) and then we convinced our customer to use other location of ours. Where as regards to namecheap, known for SSL certificates cant say about their hosting technology.

Actually, I haven't used either the both before( though I normally see their advert on Google ad sense) but from what the person that first replied said about Hostgator support service, it's a good one to look into. In any business, communications matters a lot, it's awesome to quickly get a solution to what is bothering you.
I will look into it in the nearest future, presently I'm making use of Ipage hosting.

My advice: don't go to hostgator, instead go with namecheap. namecheap is one of the best hosting company. Of course hostgator is a good host, it is very popular with people, however, there is nothing like namecheap.
When you choose namecheap, you get
one of the cheapest hosting packages you can find
hosting packages tailored to your needs
wonderful support system, you will be answered in less than 10 minutes 24 X 7.

My advice is I wouldn't use either of those companies. Hostgator is owned by EIG and you can search google to see their reviews. And my personal experience with Namecheap hosting is the web hosting is rock solid. But the support leaves much to be desired. It took almost 2hrs to get the issue resolved almost every time I needed to use support.

If you are looking for shared hosting, go for hostgator, for domains namecheap is better. Now I agree with EIG thing, they are too huge and single $3 client will be no one for them, instead I will look for mid size host with good reputation and reviews, they will care of single client and they will own your issues.
