Is there any company that providing VPS with graphics card? I have a site with a lot of photos and I think that a VPS with graphics card will help load/render the pictures faster.

If you are hosting your photos on a website, a graphic card will be useless because it will not render on any display.
Without a screen, a graphic card is not used at all.

Some dedicated servers used graphic cards instead of CPU to process code. But that's only used for application with high compute performances needed.
There are some mobile apps based on the Cloud which use them. But servers are pretty expensive ($2000/mo for 2x Nvidia Tesla M60)

I do not think any company vps server graphics card offer. But most of the data center and dedicated server offering. Hetzner is the cheapest.

While it is possible to give a VPS access to the GPU of a graphics card, currently there is no real way to limit that access like you can with CPU Cores. For this reason I doubt you will find a VPS with a GPU option.

But as mentioned, the GPU will not help load your images any faster. If you were rendering / processing videos that were uploaded, then it would help. But just displaying the images will not use the GPU at all.

you have to use nginx + phpfpm5 or lightspeed + php-xcache. one of my clients currently host a ton of pictures atm and he uses a similar technique. atm thats your best bet :) gpu won't make a difference unless the monitor is hooked up to it to begin with.

Why do you want to use php5-fpm with xcache ? All this librairies are pretty outdated. If you want to make static assets loading faster, just use the proxy-cache module of Nginx, it allow you to store in cache all assets from an url.
