Payonner is often used to send mass payments for affiliates/freelancers and offer a prepaid credit card but as payment gateway, like any other platform, you can integrate it with WHMCS with their API. But are there advantages to use Payoneer compare to some other gateway like 2checkout or stripe ?

Happy day

You must subscribe to 2checkout which integrates with whmcs

They give you the membership with payonner, through a prepaid credit card

With this credit card you can get your money in your country

Blessings

Why would you want to use Payoneer? Wouldn't Paypal be a much better option or are you looking to incorporate this to add another form of payment methods?

PayPal is always better, but you cannot own a PayPal in some countries. You can't even recieve payments in some of them.

If your goal is customer satisfaction, then go with as many payment options as you can - but most importantly have CC and PayPal available.

I agree completely, that way you don't miss any customers. That's why I was asking if it was going to be as another payment option. If it was between one or the other then Paypal would probably be the best choice but if it's to add another form of payment then that will help get those customers that can't use Paypal.

Hello!

Payoneer don't provide direct way to receive money. It is not a payment gateway. But 2Checkout and Stripe (the list will be long if I enumerate all Payoneer partners) provide payments gateway with WHMCS. So, you should go with them.

With PayPal also, you can receive money and withdraw it to your Payoneer account (must be in US).

You can add Other Options like BitCoin or Skrill.
Payoneer is mostly used for receiving money IIRC.

BitCoin or Skrill is legal to use?

I hired many freelancers and they asked me "can you pay me via Payoneer"... I answered "sorry mate I only use Paypal" and they replied back "I only can receive payment with Payoneer, because Paypal is not supported in my country.". I think many people are using Payoneer, it is better to have this option in whmcs.

I think paypal is fast everywhere but due for chargebacks many freelancers avoid them, there was alot of peoples hired freelancer guy and paid with paypal after that go to bank and report transakcion as unauthorized in this way he get his money back again. Skrill or Bitcoin its legal everywhere, also bitcoin its best one for a seller due to zero chances for chargebacks.

I have to agree with you, I got this problem this in the past, do you have experience in avoiding this? there is a place to keep the money, after the sellers and buyers satisfied with services then they release the money to both? can Payoneer or Paypal support this?

Yes, we (I am one of these Freelancer who can't receive money with PayPal) use Payoneer to receive money but pay online shopping with PayPal. Our PayPal account can't receive money but can pay online shopping.

It would be great if they've could be used in WHMCS, but there are no official gateway modules for it, and I'm afraid they doesn't have an API for it as well.

They have API that their partners uses. They allow to use their services as a payment gateway, but you need to contact them manually.

Payoneer is a masspayment solution not a gateway solution. I am lobbying for them to add it to the affiliate module but not as this time for a gateway solution.

Payoneer is a global online payment getaway. You can send or receive funds from Payoneer. However, you cannot use payoneer to sell products and services. Payoneer has over 100 partners, these companies send payment to their clients through pyoneer. Payoneer has not integrated buying and selling services and products just like paypal. If you want payoneer for WHMCS, you can get this service through third party services such as 2Checkout and Stripe. You can get payoneer membership through these services.

I have tried to make a custom WHMCS module but Payoneer does not offer API which support with WHMCS, they have a legal issues with PayPal. However, we do accept payments via Payoneer directly to our bank account.

They doesn't have an API yet. But they are working on it though and taking applications from businesses.
But to ease the process, we've made a module and a payment gateway for WHMCS which helps a bit. You'll have to generate a payment request and with the help of our module you can add a Payoneer Payment URL against any unpaid invoice. When users select Payoneer payment method on invocie, a Pay Now button will appear which has the URL you set against that particular invoice. If there is no Payoneer Link against that invoice, it will just show a custom message you set. It's not everything, But helps a lot to avoid the hassle of asking and providing the links
