Can you define what you mean by "extremely cheap", you might be able to get the licence at a lower rate (bundled) with a reseller account.

WHMCS has stopped reselling licenses about 2 years ago. You can buy it only directly from WHMCS or get it bundled with any other service like a VPS server from a provider

WHMCS offers a 30 day money back guarantee, so it if you cancel in the first month it is like the first month for free. To get the license any cheaper than what they charge you would have to get it bundled with a hosting service, like a vps, a lot of hosting companies will sell whmcs at a cheaper price when added on to a service.

Its better to get a bundled free whmcs license as it will be much better in terms of pricing. You can also try Blesta if you need a cheaper alternative.

The question is are you in need of it right now at this moment? Would waiting a month or two not help? And if need cheap...are your numbers where they should be?

Your best choice is to go with a cheap reseller hosting including WHMCS license. In the Reseller Hosting Offers, I've seen a very cheap offer (0.5$ for first month, 2nd and 3rd month free).

Your best bet will be to buy from a reseller mate, that way you are more likely to get a free WHMCS Licence for however long you are with them.

But remember free or cheap is not always good, with most of these resellers you get what you pay for.

You should also consider BoxBilling (you can get a free account with them. check out their website)

you can't contact WHMCS directly you have to contact your provider. Provider can solve some issues but if they can't then they have to contact WHMCS on your behalf.

So problem is you can't get fastest support.

You might want to consider Blesta, they offer a 30 day free trial and then it is just $12 or so per month (I've seen distributors sell them as low as $7.80 per month also).

If you really want WHMCS though, you'll either have to pay the rates on their site or opt for a reseller / VPS / Dedicated server provider that offers them at a free or discounted rate. You'd be limited to hosting the WHMCS on their network though.

Your best bet is to buy a Reseller package that includes a free license. Many of the top reseller hosting providers offer it!

As I know, Company who provide free WHMCS or cheaper WHMCS include this price in their hosting plan

So its better directly buy it from whmcs and look for cheap reseller hosting.

Buy directly from WHMCS official website, or get a reliable reseller hosting which cares to renew your whmcs licensce. Else look at alternatives like

Clientexec

which are cheaper when compared to whmcs, but get ready to compromise on some features that whmcs have.

Some reseller may provide WHMCS for free or at a discounted rate, however this will likely change over the coming months or years as whmcs enforce the new licensing fees into the few remaining resellers.

Although, some more expensive providers may continue to offer whmcs as a low cost addon for around Â£10-15 Per Month, despite been charged full rate for the license. This is because the more expensive web hosts are able to absorb the cost of whmcs licenses, through higher priced services and expecting a low amount of people to buy them, so the web host still turns a profit of the actual hosting they sold you.

I don't think it is possible to buy an "Extremely Cheap" WHMCS license. I'm pretty sure you have to buy it from WHMCS directly. As another user stated, you have a 30 day money back guarantee if you don't like it.

Also, as NameHero stated, you can get the license with a reseller account for free usually. This is probably what you're looking for.
