Perhaps it might be worthwhile having a server management team look at the problem, if it's a VPS or dedicated server?

If you are on shared hosting, you will not have any control over this. If the hosting provider cannot provide a reliable shared service, better to move to another provider.
If you have your own server you will need to see what the apache log says about the crash.

If you post your logs I will be happy to take a look for you.

Get a server admin to look at it if you don't have any server management experience.
It could be multiple problems.

It sounds like you may be running out of RAM, causing services to crash.

Review your logs and also take a look at your resource usage.

What you can do is setup a uptime monitor (HetrixTools is a good one and free) and it will let you know around the time the website is not responding and then you can check the logs for around that time.

What are the specs of the server and what type of traffic is the website receiving?

I supposed that it caused by RAM or a damage on my hosting.
and there are so many things in log files to check.

What are the specs of the server and what type of traffic is the website receiving?
It happened on a VPS 4 GB RAM, traffic comes from search, direct traffic, forums and social networks.

You can contact your hosting support team and ask to resolve the issue if they can not help to resolve the problem then I will suggest you switch your hosting provider.

One of the most annoying things to occur to an online business owner is to face 'downtime'. This is the time when a website is down from the web and is not accessible to anyone.

Here are some things you can do when your website is down:
  • Contact your web host. Typically when my websites are down are for more than an hour, I will contact my support department and ask them what is happening.
  • Invest in Website Monitoring Services
  • Invest in DNS Backup Services
  • Set Your Domain Name to Auto-Renew
  • Implement Server Downtime Error Codes

There are multiple factors behind such error which you need to consider and act accordingly :

- Try to get the exact error behind downtime with the help of the error log or get more details by contacting the hosting provider
- Try to optimize the website and its contents incase you are running a heavy site
- Make sure to check if there outdated application/plugins or relevant things associated with your site
- Try to enable Cloudflare.

For me, get backup your websites and move your web hosting to a new one quickly if that error is from your hosting provider.

If the website keeps going down, there might be a problem with your server or you have an unstable internet connection. I suggest that you try opening the website on another browser. There is also a possibility that there is something blocking it. Have you tried using a VPN? Using VPN might actually solve your problem. If the problem persists, you might want to try restarting your device or your browser needs an update. If not, might as well look at another site.. Keep yourself safe from virus. Anyways, try it on another device or browser. Good luck with that

If you have downtime as you mentioned, ask your provider what's wrong. And most importantly, ask them if there is a problem with bandwidth because if that is lower than the users that are coming on to your site, chances are that it is (server) going through crashes and you are facing these issues.
