Well as per last reply , you will have to consider the things mentioned by 24x7CSM and make a market survey , see what people are exactly looking for . Hosting is a slow game you can not expect a big hosting organization with thousands of clients in a month or year. You need to be active on social media with offers , compete the market with pricing and services ...

For hosting business, forums and social networks are the most effective way to promote and getting traffic to your sites with low budget.
Have you tried to apply SEO techniques and marketing campaigns for your site to increase sales? if yes then what did you do?

It takes time!!!!!!

Get your brand "out there" so people begin to recognise you when they see your brand mentioned again.

Above all else, make sure you provide a quality level of service with excellent customer support. This way you will keep your customers, and they will refer others!

Main problem is come from lacking of marketing for your sites, you should focus on SEO, forums, social networks, try to run marketing campaigns from minimum budget to test if which one works for your site.

I would suggest using forums as main source for web providers to increase sales and traffic because I used to buy web hosting plans on forums and from review sites.
