From recommendations on this forum, I wold choose a small hosting package from OVH but I haven't known about their support before, I want to know how long OVH take to respond to a ticket and their support is good?
You can phone OVH to ask them to check your ticket, but then that's mainly for their VPS/Dedicated Servers afaik. For Web Hosting, you would be best off using a provider who specialises in managed hosting.
I submitted 2 tickets to OVH for my hosting issues but never receive any responses.
But anyways OVH has less downtimes or can say that it has zero downtime hence I didn't need more support like other hosting providers.
