What OS do you use on your VPS or dedicated servers?

I am running Centos 6 on nearly all of my VPS servers, what do you run?
Also, which would you say is more stable out of CentOS or Debian or Ubuntu?

I mainly use CentOS 6/7, too. All of them are stable if you know what you are doing.

cPanel servers CentOS (because you have to) anything without cPanel I pick Debian every time :diablo1:
Debian is the most stable imo as the packages it uses are older and more tried and tested that the more current releases other distributions use.

It's just personal preference more than anything, every popular distribution is great and can perform any role.

I am also using CentOS 6 on my VPS. The reason for it is being compatible with all the server applications and lots of tutorials available online. I would have considered Ubuntu if not using CentOS again for its popularity and availability of tutorials.

I'm running Debian 8 on my dedicated servers. I think that CentOS has too old packages from defaults repositories and upgrading software becomes hard to do (you must compile some software/take other repository as EPEL/REMI/...).

CentOS 6 on vps, cloudlinux on dedicated servers. Control panel is WHM/cPanel on all.

The only 2 O.S that I run on all my server are CentOS and Ubuntu. This may change in the future, but this two seem to do it job very best. Most packages for Linux can be found using this two this distribution.

CentOs is basically RPM package base and Ubuntu is Debian package base. Pretty easy to work with this two. CentOs however take a little bit more time setting up than Ubuntu, requires a little bit more technical in configuration. Ubuntu tense to be easier to setup.

CentOS 6 and 7 mainly as I develop and use my own LEMP stack installer called Centmin Mod - Nginx 1.11, PHP 5.6 or 7 and MariaDB 10
