Help needed with website load velocity

Hi there. I have this website: http://www.klayz.com/. I need some suggestions in order to make it more fast in terms of page loading.
The same for the community: http://www.klayz.com/community/.
You could tell me: remove the unused Bootstrap CSS rules... and this is a problem. I mean, I use it for the main navbar/footer bar... but, at least for the website I would not want to see me remove them and then find myself to need them in the website design. I hope you can understand. Let me know what you would do in this case to optimize the website. Thank you in advance for any reply!

Choosing components from this page on Bootstrap website http://getbootstrap.com/customize/ and replace with files on your host, note that only choosing which you want to use for your website to make it optimized the best. According to me you keep grid system and ignore other elements.

Mhhh, I have to brainstorm it a little; maybe you can help me. I have a network of websites where new websites that enter will have the navigation bar (and possible also the footer bar - which is on Bootstrap). And these two bars are also shown in the others pages of the current website (like eg. contacts/, tools/, info/, etc.). I'm still talking about Klayz.com. Right now I have an inlcude/ folder where I have stored the content of the navigations bars (top and footer) as two files and I include them via require in every new page. So, to be honest the best way to accomplish this would be probably to create a structure like this below:

includes/topbar.php
includes/footerbar.php
css/navbar.css
js/navbar.js

So, as far as I know, right now I need some rules both on the CSS side and the JS side (Bootstrap.min.js and jquery.min.js) to make these navbars to be working correctly. The best thing (I think, corect me if I'm wrong) would be to create a structure like above and include only the CSS and JS needed rules and nothing else. The problem is that I don't know how to go throught the BS and Jquery files and find which rules are being used and so which codes to include in these new files. Can you please help me with this?

In the rest of the network pages, as far as I'll probably need others Bootstrap components in the future I can continute to use the complete CSS/JS/jQuery files. I don't think that this will cause a huge amout of slowliness (how to say this in english? LOL).

I visited your site (the homepage and your community), to be honest you don't need to use Boostrap to make them as responsive design. Using normal CSS codes is enough to make your site and forum into responsive design if you know to change parts on templates with CSS codes...of course you need to use media queries which helps your templates run as well on mobile devices.

Using Bootstrap on medium template size or trying to integrate into vB template are not necessary and you will get more unused Bootstrap CSS codes and make your site load slower or some other problems you can have while displaying your layouts or web elements.

Analyze your site using some page speed checkers like:

I don't think having unused bootstrap is your biggest concern. If you have proper caching, minification, and optimization, having some unused css is not going to make much difference.

This is what makes me crazy. Two completely different opinions:

1) Remove it and don't use it!
2) You can continue to have it with no problems!

Urgh. What shall I do? LOL
That's what's on my mind: "Yeah, I can continue using it... just some unused rules. The site load is pretty ok... let's move forward on creating more good content!" - "Hell, I need to remove them and optimize everything, or I'll also penalize the good content that I'll post!".

The #1 thing to remember (IMO), and the thing that a lot of people forget is:
Fix problems, but don't get caught up in the rules.

Is unused css technically "bad"? Yes.
Is it causing a problem? If so, fix it. If not, don't worry about it.

According to the GTMetrix report I linked to, your site loads in 3.9 seconds. Thats not horrible, but it's not great either.

Now, if you look at your Google PageSpeed score, you are getting a 57/100. Thats the not a good score, and obviously thats the metric that Google looks at.

My suggestion is to take a look at the list of problems on those 2 sites, starting with Google PageSpeed report. Here you will find out what you need to focus on to increase your page speed.

Thank you for your reply, RDO Servers. Basically GPS says that I have too much JS/CSS files in the pages and to enable compression (I'm going to ask help to my host right now about this, as it shoudl be already enabled).

I have analyzed your site with GTmetrix and scores fine: 89% and 93%. It's not a slow site at all. With my connection in Europe it runs fast.
However check the recommendations given by that tool (specify image dimensions and serve scaled images).
