Hi everyone,

I’m trying to set up Cloudflare R2 to store and serve static assets like images and videos for my website, which is hosted with XAMAA Web Hosting Sri Lanka. My goal is to use R2 as an affordable object storage solution and integrate it seamlessly with my existing Cloudflare CDN for better performance and low latency.

So far, I’ve created an R2 bucket and uploaded some test assets. I also set up API tokens to manage access permissions. However, I’m running into a few issues. I’m having trouble configuring DNS settings to properly link the R2 bucket to a custom subdomain (e.g., cdn.example.com). Additionally, I’m facing CORS-related errors when trying to access the assets from my main site.

I’d love some advice on how to handle these issues. Specifically, I’m looking for the best way to set up the DNS, fix the CORS problems, and ensure the assets are cached and delivered efficiently through Cloudflare.

If anyone has experience with Cloudflare R2 or similar setups, I’d really appreciate your insights!

Thanks so much in advance!
