Patience is #1. next, make sure you apologize and offer an alternative solution to the customer's problem. Lastly, if you are offer a service, simply extend their account free of charge to make sure they are a happy customer. Never resort to refunds as that will simply lose you money and customer.

Being in the customer service industry for some time now, gave me experiences with rude customers. Professionalism is one of things that I keep in mind whenever I encounter them. It would always be better to empathize / sympathize as needed. Because most of rude customers had bad experiences that is why they would vent out on you, make sure that you would listen and understand them with your best ability. And I know that it is hard to remain calm and patient from time to time whenever you deal with them, so I just always keep in my mind to take deep breathes as necessary before responding to them.

To be honest, money is money. Whether the customer is rude or not, I would still need to pay the bills. Thus, I just try to be patient and ignore their rudeness in order to get on with the work. Otherwise, I may lose out on necessary payments.

Conflict management, always a troublesome matter.
Stay calm and polite at all times. People who are being rude, probably have had problems. Ask what the problems are, and see if you can do anything about it.
If they're just rude for no reason, just refuse help them. Client is king, but that doesn't mean you're not as valuable. If they can't handle things politely, you should just refuse to help them any further. Might not be the best solution, but you don't want your company to be subassertive, otherwise many others will just run over you.

Don't lose your patience. To maintain the brand image you cannot reciprocate the behavior. After all the customer is GOD.

Any person can get angry if you fail to fulfill the requirements that you claimed before the customer signed up, but especially rude people do not have patience, so they needs to be handle carefully.

Ask them to calm down in a respectful manner and explain that you are there to help. Tell them that the problem will be more difficult to solve when having furious conversations and you're more likely to be able to address any concerns if the discussion is conducted in a civilized manner.

Be honest about what you can do. If you are unsure of how to deal with them, do not attempt to thwart your way through the situation, pass it to superiors or boss.

Yes clients can get angry, but sometimes when the client continually abuses you, you too are allowed to be angry or upset. You have to take each event individually. If it is a constant attack then it is time to end the relationship.

You deal with them in calm manner and avoid being to sounding angry as sometimes they may get physical with person. In my suggestion just report it to your team leader or Manager if it gets out of hand.

As we deal with rude customer daily there are many customers, which come with tire issue related to their website down or application are not working. Also client shows that there is an issue with your server end. First, you will need to apologize them and ask them in the best manner that what changes they have made recently? So, we can revert all the changes to make your website live. Because always client makes changes to their website and always blame to a server or company that you have made changes on the server due to which client website are not working. Once client update that he/she made any changes with website after that time you can ask for some time to fix the issuse. You can check this issue with your senior person who is capability to resolve his issue.
