Yes, you can make automatic payments. Here’s how:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click PayPal Credit.
  3. Click Make a payment.
  4. Click Automatic payments.
  5. Select the amount to pay each month.
  6. Select the payment method.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Review your payment details and click Agree and Schedule Payments.
Note: your payment will process on your payment due date each month.

If you haven’t linked your accounts yet, you won’t be able to schedule automatic payments. To link your accounts, visit www.paypalcredit.com

I mean my client will pay me and that will repeat monthly. Do they do this on their Paypal account?

That is called recurring payment, in order to set it up you just need to contact PayPal, they will later review your account for eligibility, after that they will ask why they should activate them for you and once you reply they'll contact you saying if they activated it or not

You can try searching on YouTube and google. There are step by step that will help us to understand and learn. If you are a visual learner, you can search on YouTube, their are lot of vloggers there posting videos on how to do it. When you try google, there are words that is hard to understand so you can try YouTube.

That is an option set up via PayPal directly, we're afraid Google or Youtube won't help.
