Best ways to build a real estate website?

I am planning in building a real estate website, the problem is how to choose a platform for it. I have 2 ideas to start with as follows
- Buy a real estate theme from themeforest and install it on Wordpress cms.
- Buy a forum platform and using a mod/addon to build from there.

What is the best idea between two? any comments?

Go for WordPress with a theme from themeforest.

Unless you're building a forum discussion website related to real estate, I don't see any reason why you would need a forum platform. Creating a real estate website around a forum using addons will also be a more complex process.

If you get a real estate theme for WordPress which comes with a good page editor and the ability to manage your listings, it'll make your life a lot easier.

TO develop real estate website is very easy. You can choose wordpress CSM to develop real estate website. The second thing which is very important that is theme.You can choose best real estate theme from themeforest website. Just install wordpress on your server and upload theme and customize theme according to your requirements.
