Live chat gives customers access to support when they need help in sales query. I think it is quite important to have a live chat.

You must also ask yourself the question of whether you want to simply provide Sales/Billing assistance via live chat or technical support as well. Providing technical support via live chat can often be much more difficult and easier handled via support tickets.

Live Chat is very important nowadays, specially to the old people that doesn't really have technical knowledge.
live chat support is really essential important not just for the assistant but specially guiding people all over the world. its reduces people expenses convenient for them not to go out anymore and special people will be educated to learn to resolve any problem.

Having live chats from hosting companies is a must. For me having an interactive website is very essential for the success of every company. Client's inquiry, reactions or suggestions are very helpful for gathering information and implementing recommendations.

Live Chat is very important here at the internet because it is very convenient dealing business transactions thru chat, you may also air your concern, you can also have a deal to a customer as well, it is a 24/7 wherein you may ask or inquire something any day or hour. You don't need to go to an office just to inquire about the product.

A live chat is a must especially for business tools because it provides better benefits compared to the other communication platforms.
But it would still depends on the kind of support that the company is required. Like for example also with home based job application interview its always a must whereas with customer service chat support etc., doesn't always needed a live chat and with other technical support. And also I believe it is more advantages among the other communication platforms.

Livechat is necessary for the company to confirm the person whom they are chatting with. If there is any thing to verify, it is immediately responded because there is an assurance that there is somebody who will attend immediately. Livechat is recommended also for business having a customer support service. In any circumstances, the clients could easily explain or bring out their questions or complains to the person they are talking talking face to face.
