What LiveChat and Ticket Software are you using?

I need the best for cheapest live chat and ticket software for my eCommerce site, I cannot choose one or the other but what is best quality overall but cheapest. I have no incentive to use full suite like whmcs or blesta. Any suggestions?

We use Drift because their UI seems less disruptive to the user's experience browsing the site than others. Since our live chat is mostly for pre-sales questions anyway,we don't need a very sophisticated solution like zendesk (yet).

Use tawk.to for livechat and WHMCS for ticketing system.

I'd also recommend tawk.to for live chat although we dropped live chat support a while back. Normally the ticketing system included with your billing system is enough, we use Blesta. If you wanted something more advanced solely for tickets you could always check out something like osticket. It's free and open source.

I think the absolute best solution is to try the solutions people have mentioned above and come to your own conclusion. Their is no best software. Their may be a "best value", but the best software will be up to your own opinion and needs.
