Not just the cache but you have to optimize code , server resources , CSS and related things to make a wordpress faster.
Search through the plugins in wordpress admin of your website or on google and you will get the information. Make sure the cache plugin you are installing must be compatible with your wordpress version.

Having page cache plugin does improve the speed of a WP website but there are many others factors that have to be improved. While selecting a plugin select a plugin that has block caching management, fully support CDN and can configure clean catalog.

We use WP Super Cache which has been great. You'll also want to get an image optimizer (EWWW Image Optimizer is a good one). You should also consider Jetpack by Wordpress which has a ton of great functionality and optimization that can improve speed in many cases.

Have you looked at cloudflare? Or maybe the litespeed plugin if you hosting has the 2 core license.

Along with cache please try to remove all unwanted plugins.

Cache Enabler and WP-Rocket are usually the 2 most popular and fastest cache plugins.
Redis and Litespeed cache are also up there, and IIRC Redis has consistently been the fastest - but it's more complicated than just installing the Redis plugin for Wordpress.

Cache Enabler is free and is developed by the folks over at KeyCDN. Integrated really well with Optimus image optimisation, as well as Autoptimize. With Optimus is had the ability to use WebP for images (depends on browser support), but also has a fallback method if the browser does not support it.
WP-Rocket is a paid plugin; they also have in development an image optimiser, I think. Not 100% sure as I haven't used WP-Rocket for ages.

My personal recommendation is Cache Enabler. Super simple, and fast.

If you are using plugins like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, then they have settings for CDN. By making use of the CDN, you are helping the cache to be properly routed through CDN servers. And any extra load on your server is lifted by those CDN servers. This way you can serve more traffic. Also if the content is static then it can be easily cached. You can also serve dynamic pages through CDN. I have found CDN alone can take care of half the problem.
