I need a list of basic command to manage a Linux hosting, it would be great if you can show examples beside commands.

no standard commands to manage linux hosting .. and linux has customized commands . People use them the way they want. Make searches on google or get a hand book to learn linux.

I have to agree with sh-admin.
Learning a few commands will not help much managing a production Linux hosting server.

I recommend you read up on the following topics.

Linux Basics
DNS
Apache
Nginx
MySQL
Networking
Dovecot, Exim and Courier
cPanel/WHM

Getting comfortable navigating a shell would be a good place to start. Install Ubuntu desktop and start playing around. Navigating directories with "cd" and "ls" are good ways to get around.

It can get more complicated depending on what your doing, but there isn't really a go-to list of commands that will cover everything for you really. Being comfortable in the environment is where you should start.
