Did any one use any VPS servers in Netherlands? I found some offers with good price here but i have no experience with VPS in Netherlands. Any suggestions or advice? can I use it instead of US VPS?

I suggest LeaseWeb.

"can I use it instead of US VPS?" - it depends on your targeted 'audience'. you can also use a CDN (content delivery network) service, as CloudFlare.
