Looking for a VPS with Directadmin license

I am looking for a linux VPS with Directadmin control panel license which I can pay for my hosting service and Directadmin licence monthly. I heard that I will have cheaper price if I buy Directadmin license from a web hosting provider.

I noticed you have settled for a VPS package. CONGRATULATION.

Now that you have choosen DIrect admin as your preferred control panel,

I just made some research on the internet and came up with this site
www (dot) directadminlicense (dot) com

They offer the cheapest DirectAdmin license at $9/mo
This includes FREE installation and unlimited domains hosting.

However I noticed even directadmin prices on their website is $29/mo?

NB: What about getting a cPanel license for less than $15/mo?
