In order to build good quality backlinks you will definitely have to spend a decent amount of time working them. Things such as voluntary blog posting for related industry websites, original blog content that generates that creates organic backlinks, informative posts, industry announcements, etc. All of these are mostly free options which generate quality backlinks. You can also go for the quick route by looking at directory sites and forums (some do nofollow which won't help your site but can assist in sales).

The best way to get quality backlinks is to advertise yourself and services through whatever means necessary, if someone finds your website useful then they will link to it or reference it. A lot of times I email relevant site owners and ask them if they can also link to my product as well as the other similar products they are sharing with their readers. Sometimes they do it.

If you want to get best quality backlinks then you can work on blog comment, Forum and Guest posting. Check DA and PA with help of MOZ tools. If link submission website have high da then we can call it quality backlinks. Always use relevant links according to your niche.
