It looks cheap to me. Selling 400 GB SSD storage at this price does not work good as it is virtually impossible to use enterprise storage. Low cost SSDs create substantial risk for the clients' data. If you use old generation servers with DDR3 RAM, it might be possible to offer a cost-effective VPS service, but you need to be concerned about the performance as the price you want to sell at is not in the cheap segment (it looks cheap comparing to the resources offered, but those who need stable, resource rich VPS would probably go for with any of the major Clouds).

So my suggestion is to not to compete in the middle. Go either for low end of higher end service offerings in the VPS niche. It also needs to be adequate to the local market you are about to serve.

You have not stated if this a a dedicated resource VPS or glorified shared hosting OpenVZ trash.

If it is dedicated resources their is no way for you or anyone to make a healthy profit from that. I assume this offer does not include full management.
