Best ways to move all data from a old VPS to a new VPS?

As title mentioned, I want to move all my data (email accounts, files...etc) from a old VPS to a new VPS.

How to do solve this problem without re-configure any thing?

Please answer with your experience.

Hi Aaron,

IF you're using cPanel, version 56 allows you to transfer the following configurations:

Backups
cPanel & WHM
Database Server
Easy Apache
Exim
User Interface Themes

Basically i'd say image the system, where are you hosted ? Have you asked support team if they provide this functionality ?

No I am having an unmanaged VPS and I installed some free hosting panel on it like zpanel, webmin or centos web panel

I am just curious it is possible to move all files of the system that I installed on old VPS to new VPS without new installation.
