URL Structure
Body Tags (H1, H2, H3, H4, etc.)
Keyword Density
Image SEO
Internal Linking

If yes then you should focus on them to make better On page SEO for your site.

Beside Onpage SEO, off page SEO also is more important to help increasing your keyword rankings on search engines. My advice is you should combine both methods to help your SEO site.

Chris is right, before starting writing anything you should look for the good keywords.
For example, the keywork "filestube" is use around 6600 each month on google, but the keywork "filestubes" only 110 time.
You have many tools to help you, like semrush, moz, etc ..

Yes SEMrush and Moz are more for tracking, but you can use them to track which keywords you should add to get more visitors.

But it's take a lot of time to find best keywords for your content, and you can't know how google will rank it.

Before browsing keyword tools, you should work on basic SEO (meta desc, meta title, img alt), use h1, h2, h3 correctly because many websites make mistakes with them.

you can hire people for SEO. But the end of the you have to pay for their sins.

I mean in every person has there own opinion about SEO. But seo based on Search engines and they are very persistence. I mean they own themselves doesn't know where to go.. Which they called improving I call business tricks.

So if a SEO expert do some some changes on your site for your good. It can be proven bad next day because Search engines says that. If you asked Google or yandex what the hell man! why it's wrong now you say that you do this and follow that. They would says.. OOH! yaaa..! but we improved our engines for better search results.

So.. basically you are not going anywhere. So.. I think go talk to your people, talk to the people who interested about your products. Explain direct them what you are offering and how they are will be effective.

And STOP wasting time behind SEO! Use that SEO time with your Family or Girl Friend or Feed you dog or Fish whatever.

I've noticed that the length of your text plays a crucial part in ranking. I sometimes rank without backlinks or a few for low-medium competition keywords because it's 1500+ words in a list/bulletin style with mages and headings. For the rest, keyword density of course.

Here are Most important things to consider for On Page SEO other than Meta tags and Sitemap:

URL Structure: Always try to include targeted keyword in search engine friendly URLs.
for example; example.com/keyword has batter chance to get higher ranking than example.com/123/subfolder/keyword etc.
Use Keyword rich headlines in the order of priority in H1, H2, H3 etc..
Image Alt text
Include relevant keywords throughout your content, ensure that do not overuse or excessively repeat the same keywords.
Internal linking with relevant pages
Creating robots.txt file to allow or disallow webpages to index in search engine bots.
Maintain page load speed between 1.5 - 5 seconds
