Litespeed Cache is a component built into Litespeed Webserver. Litespeed Cache will return the results for the first user to access your website. And will return that result to the people behind that time you want. This means that your VPS server only needs to compile PHP for the first user; only the second access user will be able to use the results of the first person.
Some of the benefits Litespeed cache offers are:
- Accelerate HTML return for users
- Reduce a load of CPU processing when there is a large amount of traffic
- Optimize VPS resources due to unused VPS VPS and still meet large access
- Google appreciates the low server response time

Lightspeed cache is Cache Mechanism suite which includes several features such as Object Cache [memcache/redis], Minify CSS, JavaScript, and HTML, etc.
Memcache is Object Cache Mechanism which is to store previously executed database quarries in order to reduce query execution time for upcoming database quarries.
Assumption = You are using WordPress or Joomla CMS.

If I am correct, then...
When you enable Lightspeed cache plugin along with it's memcache feature; it would be more beneficial.
Note :
You should not use Lightspeed cache plugin along with memcache plugin; i.e. If you wish to enable lightspeed cache plugin ... first disable and de-activate previous memcache plugin.
Also, make sure that your hosting account has Lightspeed web server[Apache]; else lightspeed cache plugin will not deliver best results.
some features are like double edge sword; be careful with features that you choose to enable/disable.

Litespeed cache (LSCache) is great, but requires a Litespeed server (based on Apache). If your hosted on a Litespeed server and using Worpdpress your host probably already installed the wp plugin. If LSCache is available, use it, do not use other cache plugins.
