I would like to know how you guys here handle the possibility of someone turning down to review your product on forums or your site.
Not due to the quality of the content but just did not meet their expectations.
Is this common when asking for reviews?

Rejected reviews should help you improve your product. Ask that person what they didn't like and what were they expecting to get. After getting the answer then improve the product to meet their expectations or else some people who're going to buy your product might have the same expectations and if they don't get what they expected then that will increase your refund rate.

Never think you got everything figured out, that's a big mistake. Ask the person then improve your product, that's the best advise I can give you. Or else you'll get a lot of angry customers and bad online reviews.

Those who don't complain will never be returning customers or buy anything from you again, so you're taking a big risk by not improving your product. Improve your product to meet people's expectations.
