How many visitors are considered as a high traffic site?

2000 visitors might not be a lot to someone but to others it would be amazing getting this amount of traffic. How much visitors per day or month do you consider as a high traffic site?

I think if you have alexa rank for measuring the traffic, You can know site is high traffic site or not there.

High traffic can refer anything for a website, not centric to a particular count. A daily unique visitors to a considerable amount to get sales from you business is the one that matters the most. Regular unique visitors can definitely resemble that you website in getting good traffic from promotion. Thus it helps to get you sales online.

I'm new here but I agree with SEOPub. It doesn't matter because you can get zero sales with 2k visits. If you feel you are not getting enough traffic I would probably ask how can I create a sales funnel that has everything matched up and guides the right people in a profitable traffic source that works for you.

The traffic that satisfy your boss that is to be consider as a high traffic.

This was jokes apart.

The traffic target depends on the type of website. If your website is about so many products like a giant eCommerce then 2000 is normal traffic where as for any other small website which is doing app marketing or providing any services then 2000 is a Hugh traffic for it.

I think it depends on the kind of website. If your website is a blog where you publish articles on a certain niche or on many niches, 1000 visitors per day can be considered high traffic. However, if your website is an ecommerce business, than 2000 visitors will be a normal traffic. However, traffic does not mean every thing, more than traffic you need traffic conversion. YOu will not make money with traffic, you will make money only when traffic converts to sales, signups, or ad clicks.
