Basically i am an experienced web designer, recently started php and other development skills learning.
So currently i am working on a php project.
I need to share it with other developers through google code.
Google code is very helpful to share our code with any google code developer and so that we can improve our work speed.
So, after so much research i found the solution.
Only main important things are: we should create our project profile in google code and copy that url, paste it in tortoise 'svn check' dialogue box.
Tortoise svn is another software tools which is much helpful to us in updating, committing and sharing our code with other developers.
