I want to create a tool on my website to minify CSS, HTML & Javascript where visitors can use it to minify any codes that they want? any help!

Minification is the process of reducing the size of a file by removing unnecessary characters such as whitespace, comments, and formatting. Let's walk through the code:
  • We first require the fs and path modules to read and write files and manipulate file paths, respectively.
  • We also require the clean-css and uglify-js modules to minify CSS and JavaScript files, respectively.
  • We then set the directory path where our CSS, HTML, and JavaScript files are located. In this example, we are using a public directory.
  • We define three functions: minifyCSS, minifyJS, and minifyHTML. Each function takes a file name as a parameter and performs the minification operation on the file.
  • The minifyCSS function reads the CSS file, minifies it using clean-css, and overwrites the original file with the minified content.
  • The minifyJS function reads the JavaScript file, minifies it using uglify-js, and overwrites the original file with the minified content.
