How to Make Your Forums or Blogs More Active?

Hi friends on this forum. can you share me some advices how to make my forum or blogs more active with visitors. I have a blog with 470 UV a day but no more actives like comments or discussions, so I want to increase discussions, what ways can I apply ?

Partnerup with some existing users and have them to be active on your forum regularly.

Dude you have update your site on regular basis like you have to add new topics in your forums/blogs and do moderation of posts to avoid spamming in the forum/blog which make your forum/blog active.
