How to find dofollow backlinks from forums and blogs via Google?

I have read posts from members here and dofollow backlinks are useful for increasing ranking for my site.

I want to know there are easy ways to find dofollow forums and blogs from Google?

what are you experience and how did you find quality backlinks for your blog?

In my opinion the two best methods are guest posting or buy old domains with rebuilding content as part of PBNs in order to provide backlinks...

The third is to use tools like GSA SER with building out tiers which interconnect... GSA has the ability to setup dofollow campaigns....

Finally and the most obvious one is that you could just buy links on sites or pay for an article to be posted - even though Google frowns upon that no one can argue that its a massive industry...
