How to make Windows 7 Boot Faster?

Windows 7 has a few tweaks that you can make to try and improve speeds.
1) Try to use msconfig to disable startup items that you no longer need
2) Use device manager to disable any devices which you do not use
3) In administrative tools - you can change some services from Automatic to Automatic (Delayed)
These are just a few tips - I'm sure there will be more!
